Our Story:
Caring Haven Home Service, founded in 2023 by George Buzduga and Mihaela Iftime, is a compassionate organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals who cannot fully care for themselves. Inspired by their close friend Sally and her father-in-law, George and Mihaela set out with a simple vision: to elevate standards in home help provision and provide the most trusted, reliable service in their local area.
Both founders bring extensive experience from the healthcare sector. George has a rich background in domiciliary care and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care for Adults. Meanwhile, Mihaela has spent many years working in residential and nursing homes. Their shared belief that there must be a better way to support individuals who don’t require specialized care services but still struggle to maintain their independence fuelled their mission.
At Caring Haven Home Service, striving for excellence is a guiding principle. This commitment extends to both the treatment of staff and the care provided to clients. The organization offers a truly personalized package of home help tailored to individual needs.
